Cookie policy

The short version

Analytics cookies are switched off until you accept them. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, none of the analytics services below are loaded at all — the scripts are never added to the page, so there is nothing to opt out of afterwards.

One essential cookie is set regardless, and only because it stores your answer. Without it the banner would ask again on every page.

A note on session recording

Microsoft Clarity does more than count visits: it reconstructs how a page was used, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. It is configured to mask text input, but we would rather say plainly what it does than describe it as ordinary analytics. It only loads if you accept.

Changing your mind

Clearing this site’s cookies and site data in your browser removes the stored preference and brings the banner back, letting you choose again. Declining after previously accepting stops any further collection, though data already gathered stays with the provider until it expires under the retention periods above.

You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings. The site works normally either way — nothing here depends on analytics.
