12-month minimum term. The website becomes yours at month 12.

Already have a website?
Keeping the website you have
If you already have a website you like, you don’t need the build — so the monthly fee covers the SEO work alone. It sits above Starter because Starter’s scope is deliberately narrow: one location, around five pages, and the local searches around them.
SEO-only retainer
From £895/month
Technical SEO, content, local search work, and strategy applied to the website you already own. The exact monthly scope is agreed before work begins.
Not ready for a retainer?
Start with an audit instead
A one-off audit from £795 tells you what is holding the site back and what to fix first, in priority order. If a smaller piece of work makes more sense than a monthly plan, we will say so.

How the free website works
We agree the plan
We look at the site, the search market and what you are trying to sell.
We build the website
Usually live within a few weeks. No separate build invoice.
The SEO starts
Your monthly payment covers the ongoing search work and a report you can actually read.
The website becomes yours
At month 12. No buy-out ladder, no ownership scheme stretched over three years.
The honest small print
The free build is funded by the 12-month minimum term. We state that plainly rather than hiding it. eCommerce stores and complex custom functionality sit outside the free build and are quoted separately, so the offer stays genuinely free for the sites it covers.
