You pick the same Local or Growth scope, and the price drops by what the build would have cost: Local stays £495 a month, and Growth is £895 rather than £995. We will also tell you plainly if the site is the thing holding the search work back.

The honest small print
The included build is funded by the 12-month minimum term. We state that plainly rather than hiding it: over a first year, Local comes to £5,940 and Growth to £11,940, and the website is part of what that buys rather than a giveaway. eCommerce stores and complex custom functionality sit outside the included build and are quoted separately.
Pricing questions
neometa has two monthly plans, priced by how much search work the market needs. Local is £495 a month and covers one location and the local searches around it. Growth is £995 a month and covers more services, more locations or more competitive terms. Where you already have a website worth keeping there is no build to fund, so Growth is £895 a month. Prices are the full amount payable. No VAT is added on top.
On your existing website, 100% of the plan's capacity goes directly into SEO, content and technical optimization. When you need a brand-new website, the additional £100 a month covers the full custom design, build, ongoing hosting, SSL and security maintenance. The depth and quality of search work remain identical.
The minimum term follows the build, not the plan. Where we build the website, it is 12 months, because the monthly payments are what fund the build. Where you keep your own website, it is six months. After the initial term both continue monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Where a build is included, a six-month break option can be agreed in your proposal, settling the outstanding build balance only. You are never charged for months of service you have not had.
On Local, yes: there is no build fee and no setup cost, and £495 a month is the same figure whether we build the site or work on the one you have. On Growth the build adds £100 a month, taking the plan from £895 to £995. Either way there is no upfront invoice, and hosting, SSL and maintenance are inside the plan.
Your domain name and your content are yours from day one. Where we built the site, it becomes 100% yours at month 12, with no buy-out ladder or 36-month ownership scheme: stay for the first year and it is yours to keep. Where you kept your own website the question does not arise, because it was already yours.
Where a build was included the minimum term is 12 months, and leaving inside the first year means the remaining term or a buy-out figure covers the build. That figure is agreed in your proposal before you sign anything. Where you kept your own website there is no build to settle, so after the six-month minimum the plan simply rolls monthly on 30 days' notice.
A mobile-responsive WordPress website scoped to your plan: around five pages on Local and up to ten on Growth. Larger sites, eCommerce stores and custom features are quoted separately.
Then you keep it, and we work on it. Local stays £495 a month and Growth becomes £895 a month rather than £995, on a six-month minimum term that then rolls monthly on 30 days' notice. Audits and scoped projects are available where a retainer isn't the right fit.
Most sites are designed, built, and live within a few weeks of the kick-off call, depending on how quickly content and brand assets come together.
