Neometa is a small UK web and SEO business run by Simon Smith. He stays involved from the first conversation through the website, the SEO and the content. Where a project needs specialist development or other skills, he brings in people he already works with rather than routing it through layers of account management.
Clinics, trades, education providers and professional firms make up the client list: Bodyfunction Clinic in Islington, Element Landscapes, Cabanco, Teens in AI, Makers Mark Joinery, Lind Street Osteopathy on the Isle of Wight and Peal Capital Group among them.
The founder
I’m Simon Smith.
I build the websites, do the SEO work and answer the emails. If you speak to someone about your site, it is me, and the same person does the work afterwards.
That means the work does not arrive as a document. I have rebuilt WordPress sites, written and restructured service pages, fixed technical problems on live sites, built custom tools like Cabanco’s cabin pricing calculator, connected CRMs and HubSpot forms for Teens in AI, and automated the admin that follows an enquiry.

What I work on
Enquiries, not traffic for its own sake.
Whether the site ranks, whether the service pages answer what someone came to find out, whether the next step is obvious, and whether the admin behind the enquiry is eating someone’s week.
In practice that is one job seen from a few angles. The same person decides which pages a site needs, writes them, builds the site, fixes the technical problems underneath it and answers your email about it afterwards. Splitting that across a design agency, an SEO agency and a developer is where most of the cost and nearly all of the delay comes from.
It also means saying when something is not worth doing. A monthly retainer on a site that needs rebuilding first, an automation for a task that happens twice a year, a rebuild when three pages and a redirect would do — those get said out loud rather than quietly sold.
