What happened in search
Search is one channel into the practice, and this is how it performed. The website has very little backlink authority, so the structure, technical foundations and clinical content are doing work normally associated with much larger publishers. Note what this traffic is: overwhelmingly informational health content rather than local booking searches. The Islington location page itself took 73 clicks between April and July 2026.

What needed changing
Islington-based Bodyfunction Clinic (Osteopathy & Physiotherapy) had an outdated site that caused patients to bounce, and lagged in search engine visibility behind larger local hospitals and franchises.
What we did
We rebuilt the site with a clearer route from landing on a page to booking an appointment, strengthened the technical and medical-search foundations underneath it, and built out the treatment, condition and location pages alongside content written around the questions patients actually ask before they book. The search results that followed are set out further down the page, separately from the clinic's own patient figures above.
