Why free
Why don’t we charge separately for the website?
SEO works better when we can structure the site correctly from the beginning. Rather than charging you for a website and then charging again to restructure it for search, we include the build in the SEO agreement.
The 12-month term is what pays for the build. We state that upfront rather than burying it. If the SEO doesn’t perform you have no reason to stay, which is exactly why the site gets built to rank in the first place.
eCommerce stores and complex custom functionality sit outside the free build and are quoted separately, so the offer stays genuinely free for the sites it covers.

There isn't one, but there is a condition and we would rather state it than have you find it. The website and hosting come as part of a monthly SEO plan on a 12-month minimum term, which is what funds the build. At £495 a month that is £5,940 across the first year. What you are buying is a year of search work with the website included in it, not a free website with a fee hidden inside a contract. We build the site rather than charge for it because the SEO work depends on a well-built website, and we would rather build it properly than optimise someone else's.
Keyword research for your services and area, on-page optimisation, content written for the searches your customers actually make, local SEO where relevant, and a plain-English monthly report showing rankings, traffic, and enquiries.
There are two plans, priced by how much search work your market needs. Local is £495 a month and covers one location and the local searches around it. Growth is £995 a month and covers more services, more locations or more competitive terms. The website build, hosting and maintenance are included in both. We agree the scope on the intro call before any work starts, so there are no surprises afterwards.
Your domain, your content and your Google Business Profile are yours from day one. The website itself becomes 100% yours at month 12, with no buy-out ladder and no ownership scheme stretched over three years. This matches the terms on the pricing page and is confirmed in your proposal before you sign anything.
Most sites go live within a few weeks of receiving your content and photos. The SEO work starts as soon as the site is live.
Then you keep it and we work on that instead. The plans are the same and priced by scope, not by whether a build is involved: Local stays £495 a month and Growth is £895 rather than £995, because there is no build to fund. The minimum term drops to six months for the same reason.
Yes; project galleries are usually the centrepiece. We structure each project as its own page, which also gives Google more ways to find you.
