Why don’t we charge separately for the website?
SEO works better when we can structure the site correctly from the beginning. Rather than charging you for a website and then charging again to restructure it for search, we include the build in the SEO agreement.
The 12-month term is what pays for the build. We state that upfront rather than burying it. If the SEO doesn’t perform you have no reason to stay, which is exactly why the site gets built to rank in the first place.
eCommerce stores and complex custom functionality sit outside the free build and are quoted separately, so the offer stays genuinely free for the sites it covers.
